THE STORY FROM CHIX:
Back in 2011 I visited the guys at Tenuta and the father of the family explained that he had been experimenting with a semi-sparkling wine. I agreed to take a couple of bottles home, the first of which literally exploded all over my kitchen! So much so, even to this day, I only ever open Graffio in my kitchen sink!! That said, those fun and experimental days back in 2011 have paid off, and the wine today is very consistent. Graffio should be served slightly chilled, it makes an ideal aperitife and is something out of the ordinary. I always like to open a bottle first thing on Christmas Day!
